F.I.T. 360° VISION


In order to participate in your health, it helps to have clear vision. At F.I.T. Vision, it begins with an assessment. this complete assessment will address any asymmetries or limitations present and also assists your trainer in creating a personalized wellness program that will encompass a whole-body and whole-person approach in order to produce results that work with you!

 

The F.I.T. 360° Assessment

  • Flexion and Extension tests (addresses asymmetries)

  • Techniques to help in alleviating any pain, injuries, asymmetries

  • Recording measurements and weight progress

  • Endurance and Strength test (light work)

  • “The Talk” (Nutrition, lifestyle, etc.)

  • Meal Suggestions/Shopping list

  • Fitness Foundations (addresses what’s needed for the client)

  • Personalized Wellness Program

 

F.I.T. 360° FUNCTION


At it’s core, F.I.T. Vision approaches movement from a FUNCTIONAL standpoint. All clients will build their unique routines via our F.I.T. 360° approach given insight drawn from the assessment above.
