360° VISION INTO WHOLE-BODY FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH + FITNESS
F.I.T. Vision is dedicated to building healthy bodies through FUNCTIONAL movement and FUNCTIONAL nutrition. We know that fitness isn’t just about how the body looks, but that also about how you feed it and what mindset you bring with it. All clients will build their unique routines via our F.I.T. 360° approach. Our work together begins with an assessment; this complete assessment will address any asymmetries or limitations present and also assists your trainer in creating a personalized wellness program that will encompass a whole-body and whole-person approach in order to produce results!
WELCOME TO YOUR “HOME GYM” AWAY FROM HOME
With controlled climate, and a full house of equipment, I want clients to not only enjoy their time here, but also to feel like this is their space too! Sessions are private and semi-private for those who may be novices and not feel comfortable in a big gym, or for the expert that prefers a smaller more private setting. F.I.T. Vision’s approach to fitness/wellness is not a one-way street, however: it is a combination of the necessary tools, and a dialogue between the trainer (me) and clients to help clients along their wellness journey. The core program F.I.T. 360 consists of a thorough assessment, nutrition guide and meal suggestions.
F.I.T. Vision Wellness Center is an extension of my first “Vision”: Plain Vision – A ministry serving teen moms and young mothers in the Hampton Roads, VA community through mentorship and parenting classes. “People are the foundation for both, and I wanted to do my part. As a teen mom myself, I related to these young women. Through conversations I listened and understood the support needed for them to become empowered to be the best mothers they could be.
Today, F.I.T. Vision is an extension of the support for both women and men who want to live healthier lifestyles.
What makes F.I.T. Vision stand out from the rest? It’s more than just helping people, it’s about changing their lives through a wholistic approach to fitness/wellness which includes having a healthy mind, body, and spirit. When clients walk in, I want them to first feel welcomed, energized, and ready to work. Words of encouragement are on the walls to remind clients of how amazing they are, essential oils like peppermint and orange are diffusing as clients work out. Music is played to fit every client’s mood and a brief check in with the client once they’ve completed their work.
I want my clients to leave the space feeling nothing less than empowered!
Whether you are an accomplished fitness enthusiast looking for robust workouts or a beginner, F.I.T. Vision is flexible and conducts individualized assessments, training workouts, provides nutrition guidelines, even coaching to help improve posture and achieve better rest. It is the complete wellness journey. Clients will be motivated on those toughest days to find energy for your training workouts as well as maintain focus on your health initiatives. I am committed to giving each client my undivided attention and support. It is "your time."

BEHIND THE VISION
Kiawna is a huge advocate of health and wellness and has been training clients for 10 years. She is a Certified Personal Trainer (Expert Rating), Pilates Instructor (Balanced Body), Trauma Informed Movement Coach (Studio T Pilates) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (ACE). Her passion is to help her clients stay healthy and live active lifestyles through exercise and nutrition. Kiawna believes everyone deserves to live their healthiest life possible. She uses a mixture of flexibility, strength training and cardio exercises in her training sessions. Kiawna lives up to the title of “Personal Trainer” but mostly considers herself a “Movement Coach” by developing relationships with her clients and giving them the time, attention and support needed while on their health journey.
